We have developed a flexible high-performance computational framework that leverages local computer clusters, public cloud, and user web browsers to engage and empower researchers to make novel discoveries and to gain deep insights. These tools are used by 100,000s of researchers worldwide for metabolomics, transcriptommics, or microbiomics data analysis and functional interpretation.

High-throughput Metabolomics

We are actively developing a LC-MS based platform based on Q-Exactive Orbitrap for global metabolomics. A long-term goal of my research is to develop a system metabolomics platform to bridge targeted and untargeted metabolomics, while maximizing throughput and information gain for systems-level understanding.
