We have developed a complete pipeline that leverages local computer clusters, public cloud, and web browsers to engage and empower users to make novel discoveries and to gain deep insights. These tools are intuitive and high performance, and are used by 100,000s of researchers worldwide for metabolomics, transcriptommics, or microbiomics data analysis and functional interpretation.
We are actively developing a LC-MS based platform using Q-Exactive Orbitrap for global metabolomics. A long-term goal of my research is to develop a system metabolomics platform to bridge targeted and untargeted metabolomics, while maximizing throughput and information gain for systems-level understanding.
